
Ben was given a share in 2009. He lives in Grand Rapids in the United States with his three daughters, where he runs an agency that creates websites and animations. He is responsible for our website.

Tessa took the initiative, with her late husband, Paul, to buy the house in 2001. She lives in Edinburgh and is officially retired, but manages some properties in Croatia and is a practising artist. She was one of the two original directors of Maison Branches.

Gordon bought his share in 2021 after staying at Maison Branches many times. He is a bee farmer and franchise consultant and lives in the village of Chalfont St Giles, near Amersham, with his wife, Barbara, and their two adult sons.

Gill and Mike bought their share in 2007. They live in Norwich, in retirement – Mike after a long career as a TV producer, Gill as a trainer of child-carers. They have long been mainstays of our annual maintenance week.

Andrea and Bob have owned a share since 2001. They live on the Isle of Man, where Bob is director of a retail business (and chair of Manx BirdLife). He was one of the two original directors of Maison Branches.
Ieva and Matt were given a share in 2019. Matt lectures in theology at the London School of Theology and at the University of Notre Dame. They live in Northwood with their two daughters.

Russell and Steph were given a share in 2019. Russell is pastor of Longmeadow Church in Stevenage, where they live with their three children.

Iain and Louise bought a share in 2022. They live in Edinburgh, where Iain works in legal recruitment and Louise is a freelance HR consultant. They have two young children.

Christine inherited a share in 2021. She lives in retirement in Oswestry.
Clare bought a share in 2001. She and her husband, Robert, live in retirement on the Isle of Man.

Huw and Ruth have owned a share since 2001. They live in Bath, where Ruth works for the NHS as a finance manager. Huw is a freelance writer and editor. He was appointed director of Maison Branches in 2019.

Kirsty bought two shares in 2001. Originally from Scotland, she now lives in Oxford, where she works in admin for an international Christian charity. She is our treasurer.

Christine and Peter were among the first to buy a share in 2001. Peter ‘manages change in NHS England’ and Christine is a conservation manager for the National Trust. They live near Princes Risborough. Peter oversees the maintenance of the house in Branches.

David and Elizabeth bought their share in 2018 after staying at Maison Branches many times with their young family. They live in Canterbury, where Elizabeth works as a clinical psychologist and David is an artist.

Nick and Pat have owned a share since 2001. They are now retired, after careers in civil engineering and social housing respectively, and live in west London. Pat is our jardinier en chef and Nick pulls more than his weight on the maintenance team.
